Answerado is a small business in Springfield, Missouri that helps local businesses show up in AI search. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What you send us

When you book a free consultation, you give us your name, business name, phone number, email, the town you serve, your type of business, your website if you add it, how you'd like to meet, the time you picked and any notes. We use it only to set up and hold the call, prepare your free AI audit, and follow up about it.

The booking form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email-forwarding service. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. They handle it on our behalf to deliver your request. We keep requests in our email for as long as we're talking or working together, and delete them on request.

Business information we research

To prepare audits and to reach out to businesses we think we can help, we look up publicly available business information, like a company's name, website, listings, reviews, and its public business phone number and email. We ask AI apps such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity questions a customer would ask and record which businesses they name.

If you'd rather we didn't contact your business, tell us at hello@answerado.com and we'll add you to our do-not-contact list.

Calls, texts and email

We contact you about the consultation you booked. We don't send marketing texts, and we never text anyone who hasn't agreed to it. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop all texts. Every email from us can be answered with “unsubscribe”.

Cookies and tracking

This website has no advertising pixels, analytics or other third-party tracking, and it doesn't set cookies. Our fonts and scripts are served from this website, so loading a page doesn't send your information to Google or anyone else.

If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, they will stay off until you choose Accept in a cookie notice, and you can change your choice any time with the Privacy choices link.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We don't track visitors across websites, so every visit is treated as opted out. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your information.

We never sell your information

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@answerado.com. We may need to confirm it's you before acting. Visitors in Canada and in U.S. states with privacy laws have these rights by law, and we offer them to everyone.

Children

This website is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date below before the change takes effect.
